Delivery and shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated on the electronic order confirmation will be sent the goods within 4 working days after payment is registered. This does not apply to card payment where the money is first drawn when the item has been sent. Delivery is usually in the Post Denmark. If we can not comply to dispatch your order within the 4 days you will receive notification of this pr. email.
Delivery outside Denmark
For deliveries outside Denmark may incur shipping costs for heavier items. The exact shipping cost is calculated based on the shipment size / weight. For orders that are shipped outside Denmark, forwarded special order confirmation. e-mail stating the shipping cost and delivery method. This confirmation must be validated before the order is dispatched. Note sent not by. COD outside Denmark

Undoing & complaints
You have 14 days to cancel, and if you regret a purchase simply return the items to us in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Then we will refund your payment for the item. Refund of payment usually occurs within 2-3 days after we receive the product as described above. When returning, it is an advantage that you first contact us. mail or phone for a returnr. Upon returning in withdrawal pay you shipping costs.
After the expiration of the 14 day return, never send anything back without prior agreement. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any product which is returned after the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period without agreement.
